LPK Kenzie Mirai is a specialized Vocational Training Institute (LPK) for Japan, founded by Mrs. Sentiani Tiofanta Siahaan, S.Pd and Mrs. Romasti Br. Tohang, S.Pd on October 30, 2023. This institution was established as a solution to reduce unemployment in Indonesia. Our mission is to shift public mindset to be more open to overseas job opportunities, especially in Japan—a developed country known for its strong work ethic and high level of discipline.
We serve as a bridge for individuals of productive age to access better job opportunities and higher income in Japan. The Japanese government offers the Internship Program (Jisshusei) and Tokutei Ginou (Specified Skilled Workers) scheme, both of which are highly suitable for Indonesian workers. These programs not only provide valuable work experience but also enhance participants’ skills that can be applied in their home country.

Technical Training Program
Provides participants with experience and expertise that can be transferred back to their home country after completing training in Japan
Tokutei Ginou Program
Offers a pathway for skilled workers to work professionally in Japan with higher salaries and broader opportunities.
To join the Tokutei Ginou program, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Good Japanese language skills
- Possess a JLPT N4 or JFT Basic A2 certificate
- Possess an SSW (Specified Skilled Workers) certificate
We are supported by experienced and certified instructors (Sensei) who have worked in Japan. With the best guidance, we ensure that our participants are ready to face the challenges of working in Japan.
Participant Requirements
- Male or female, aged 18–33 years
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, , S1
- Minimum height: 149 cm
- Willing to attend Japanese language training until passing JFT Basic and SSW
- No tattoos or piercings
- Minimum weight: 50 kg (male) and 40 kg (female)
- No history of bone fractures
- Physically and mentally healthy, not color blind, and no visual impairments such as nearsightedness or astigmatism
